I really wanted this item for my upcoming bridal shower, so I decided to ask for a partial refund and just keep it to try and fix it myself. They refunded me $8. That isn’t even the cost of materials to fix the damage these days… not to mention the time it would have taken to fix it. On top of this I paid $30 for express shipping. All around I was out $130 for an item that was unwearable and they couldn’t even replace it."
