THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR PURCHASE AND SHIPPING OF PETAL & PUP PRODUCTS
Thank you for shopping with Petal & Pup. We would like you to read our Terms of Sale carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) from and using the services through our websites, mobile sites, applications, social media or other platforms and tools where the Terms of Sale appear or are linked.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Sale, together with the Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein and which constitute the agreement between Petal & Pup USA, Inc., or if you are resident of Australia, Petal & Pup Pty Ltd (we, us, our or Petal & Pup) and you.
PURCHASES
Petal & Pup reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Petal & Pup may not be able and is not obliged to re-send the order to the corrected address or incur additional expense.
Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in US Dollars (USD). Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.
PAYMENT
Petal & Pup accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.
SECURITY
We recognize that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we aim to provide you with a safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This provides you the strongest security and privacy. SSL is a sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers.
We do not store your credit card details to help assure consumer confidence and satisfaction.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We are committed to providing you with transparent pricing and fair value for our Products. To maintain consistency and ensure clarity, we do not offer price adjustments or retroactive promotions. This applies to all purchases, including those made in-store and online. There are no exceptions or adjustments for any price changes or added promotions following the date of the original purchase.
Price Adjustments: We do not offer adjustments to the price of any item purchased, regardless of whether a promotion, sale, or discount becomes available after or is not activated at the time of the original purchase.
Retroactive Use of Promotions/Gift Cards: Our promotional offers are subject to their designated promotional period. We are unable to apply promotions, discounts, or gift cards/store credit to past purchases or purchases outside the designated period dates, even if they are shortly before or after.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Petal & Pup may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
Failure to provide required details upon our request may result in cancellation and refund of the order.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a Product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at contactus@petalandpup.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Any return or exchange of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy, as updated from time to time.
There is a 30 day return window. We can only process returns or exchanges for Products purchased at PetalandPup.com and PetalandPup.com.au. Items marked as final sale, worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, in unsuitable condition, or otherwise returned outside of the stipulated time frame are ineligible for return or exchange. EUROPEAN UNION DUTIES & TAXES
The Products will be imported on behalf of you the customer. You authorize Petal & Pup to import the Products on your behalf. Further, you agree Petal & Pup may delegate the obligation to import any Products on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). You will pay the duties & taxes in addition to the purchase price of Products.
PRODUCT LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
We do not assume responsibility for wear and tear damages that may occur from the care and washing of the Products or dye rubbing off onto purses, shoes or other items of clothing and accessories.
TEXT MESSAGES
By consenting to Petal & Pup’s text messaging at checkout, subscribing via our subscription tools or providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring text notifications and updates for your order (including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers including SMS, MMS, Chat and WhatsApp messaging channels, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent and participation in any text message program is completely voluntary. You may opt out at any time. ARBITRATION/CLASS ACTION WAIVER

YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE THAT, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND PETAL & PUP WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND THAT YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE IN ANY COURT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW. YOU ALSO KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS OF USE VOLUNTARILY AND NOT IN RELIANCE ON ANY PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER EXCEPT THOSE CONTAINED IN THE TERMS OF USE THEMSELVES.
