 By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

PROCESSING TIMES:

All Standard Shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 8AM PDT will ship the same day.

Overnight orders placed Monday - Friday before 10AM PDT will ship the same day.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Most standard shipping orders are shipped via DHL with the final mile delivery to be completed by USPS.

All Standard Shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 8AM PDT will ship the same day.

Overnight orders placed Monday - Friday before 10AM PT will ship the same day.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.

**Please note business days are Monday through Friday. Although some deliveries are able to be delivered on a Saturday regrettably this is dependent on carrier volume and is unable to be requested or guaranteed. 


For APO, FPO, DPO & PO Boxes: Shipping will automatically default to the USPS ship method. Unfortunately no expedited shipping options are available at this time.

DELAYS:

Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For select countries, customs fees, duties and taxes are collected and paid for at the checkout and remitted to your local customs authority by our couriers. Every effort is made to ensure the correct amount is collected at checkout, however Petal & Pup cannot guarantee no further fees may need to be paid upon delivery. 

Where possible, we will advise you of this at the checkout. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.

Petal & Pup is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks. If these fees are not paid at this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. Petal & Pup is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order.

Our prices are in USD and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

ORDER TRACKING:
After your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during the order placement. This email will include the tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order.

It is not uncommon for some carriers to mark an order as delivered 2 - 3 days before it is actually delivered. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or those delayed in transit. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping and delivery address. If the wrong address is provided, Petal & Pup may not be able to offer reimbursement for the package.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the above mentioned terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order. Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.  

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:
Delivery services will not require a signature and will only deliver with Authority to Leave. This means that your order will be left in a safe place so it is ready and waiting for you.

If you reside in an area that is unsafe to leave your order unattended or if you will not be home to receive it, please use an alternative address.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to hotels, and should your order arrive after your stay, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping to our facility
