Slow to provide a store credit and respond to inquiries
"On their website, it says when you request a store credit that it will take 3 to 6 business days to process. It has been 8 days since I returned the dress and have Hurd heard nothing from Petal & Pup. I sent an email and it’s going to take another one to two business days to get a response. It shouldn’t be so complicated to get a credit on a store that you want to continue purchasing at when you ship something back. Such a disappointment."
