"Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. I purchased this dress a month ago and received it damaged. I sent the dress back expecting to be sent a new dress that wasn’t ripped. Waited 2 weeks for the entire process only to be sent back the same dress. When I tried to speak to customer service about the issue they informed me that I would have to do yet another return/exchange and go through the entire process again. I responded with asking if I could be reimbursed for the price of having the dress repaired instead of having to wait for another dress and haven’t gotten a response. Very sad that this has been my experience with this company. Take pride in your product and don’t send damaged items to your customers who pay a lot of money for their items."
