"Bought for my petite daughter. We will have to have the sleeves tightened. They seem to run big all around. There is a LOT of fabric in those ruffles and can easily overpower a small frame. Fabric is nice and the blue is really lovely. Length is a perfect mini not too short. Wish it came in XS it would have been better."
