I purchased both the L and XL and could have worn either, so do note that the size difference isn't very much at all. A little more fit around the hips (I'm curvy) in the L but in the right way. Bust fit fine, no issues. The slit is pretty high but just right for my evening dinner party. If I kept the XL, the slit's a little lower since it's not as fitted."
