"Poorly executed. As described, the shirt is a true wrap style. However, it lacked sufficient fabric. I am a true size 4/small and the skirt barely covered 1/2 my hip area. The shirt was sized correctly. Sizing up, would have made the shirt ridiculously large. Maybe making the skirt an elastic style waist would resolve sizing issues."
