Cup size bigger than a B? Don’t get this set

"I first got a size L as I’m usually a 10-12. Everything fit perfectly except the buttons over the chest area popped open. Im only a size C cup so not exactly large in the chest area. I exchanged it for a size XL. Everything fit fine but again the buttons still popped open. It’s a shame because this set looks beautiful on but I just don’t understand why you don’t make the chest area bigger to cater to anyone over a B cup…."
