Perfect fit, poor quality hook and bar fastener
"The pants themselves fit perfectly and provide a really flattering fit! Unfortunately, the first time I put them on, the hook and bar fastener broke. I attempted to re- sew them back on with stronger thread, but the same thing happened again! It seems like the metal hook and bar are too sharp and are cutting the thread? I’m now having to take them for alterations to see if I can replace the hook and bar, or replace with buttons. Love the pants, but disappointed that I need to spend more money getting them altered, considering the price of the pants."

"Really flattering and light-weight material for a warmer climate. I’m between sizes and sized up - follow the measurements on the size guide for each clothing item (as they’re not all the same). I had to restitch the fasteners and trim a lot of loose threads, though."
Poor quality and worse customer service.
"I ordered this pants in the black and beige color, I thought they were perfect for work, I even had them tailored because they are incredibly long (I'm 5'4 and my seamstress took off a good 3-4 inches). My issue came as I wore these over time. The metal clasps that hook closed started to come loose and finally came off completely on both pairs. These clasps are not easily sewn back on either, I tried as I needed them for a conference, but there's some sort of thick insert where the clasps are sewn in that I had a very hard time sewing through the pants to secure them again. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they "regretted" they could do nothing for me as they require any quality issues to be reported within 14 days; unless I'm wearing these every day for 14 days, how will I know about this quality issue?. I will not be shopping here any more. I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality as these were not cheap pants, and even more so disappointed with the lack customer service."

Almost love them
"I really want to love these pants but, they're too long and the waist to hip measurement is odd. Also they are crazy long, if you're about 6ft with a small waist, they'll be perfect. The fabric is just ok, not the highest quality, mine had a few loose threads down the seams. The style is nice just not executed quite well."
Fabric feels cheap and seam is coming undone
"For $99, I had expected that these pants would feel as though they were made from quality material with quality finishes. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the product I received. The material that has been used is very thin and feels cheap. I've worn these pants twice, only for a short period of time (First time was as soon as I got them and I wanted to see how they fit and if they needed any altering (on for approx. 10mins). The second time was at my alterers to get the correct hem length (again approx. 10mins)) and the stitching on the inner thigh seam has started to pull away. To be clear, these pants are still very loose around my thighs, so it's not as though I'm stretching the pants in any way. To be completely honest, I would equate the quality of the product I received to that of the dirt cheap, fast fashion, online fashion brands."

- Do you have petite sizes? I’m 5’2” so I think these pants will be long even in heels

- hello! I am in between a size 4 and 6 in US sizing. should I get a large or medium since these run small? I am ordering both colors so I want to make sure they fit before I spend the money on both pairs! Thank you~
- Hey Caitlin. Thanks for reaching out. Depending on if you are usually a 4 or 6 in your lower half, we would recommend purchasing a large if you usually lean towards a size 6 more. The pants are very fitted in the waistline without a lot of give. We do include the measurements specific items in their product description are flat lay measurements which have been taken from the garment lied flat, then measured across the top of the item. Essentially this is half of the entire garment - simply double the measurement provided to equal the approximate overall measurement :) Hope this helps! All the best, P&P xx
