Received Four Dresses, None Were the Same Size
"I wanted to love this dress because the style and print are beautiful, but the sizing was unbelievably inconsistent. I ultimately received four dresses in this style (two purchased through Nordstrom and two directly from Petal & Pup), and every one fit differently. Two dresses were labeled XS but were completely different sizes from each other, and two dresses labeled Small were both dramatically oversized compared to the correctly fitting Small I tried on in-store. The differences were far beyond normal manufacturing variation. Petal & Pup’s customer service was polite and did send a replacement and later provided a prepaid return label, but unfortunately the replacement had the exact same issue. After multiple orders, an exchange, and several emails, I still never received a correctly sized dress. If you’re considering this style, be aware that the sizing may be highly inconsistent. The dress itself is gorgeous, but quality control for this particular style appears to be a significant issue."

"I am 5’2, 120 lbs and the xs was very small, where I could not zip it up, and the small size was drastically larger, where it was unwearable, it was so large in the chest and waist and length. The fabric is so pretty and high quality. The small size almost felt like a medium in normal clothing though."

"This dress is lovely fabric, great cut but the sizing is all wrong. I am usually an Australian 8, Petal and Pup usually an S. I ordered the S and it is like a size 4. I think I would need the M or L in this dress. Unfortunately sent back."
